Cathy Murphy is Executive Vice President, Operations at CTG. She joined CTG in 2011 bringing with her over twenty-five years of experience in financial services, human resources and operations management. Over the past ten years, Cathy has been a change agent for CTG. Her focus has been on developing and implementing strategic plans throughout the organization to address dynamic growth while maintaining CTG’s premier position as a trusted partner, supplying quality parts and obsolescence management solutions, to our customers in the Defense and Aerospace industry. On a daily basis, Cathy provides leadership and management to the team at CTG. She communicates corporate vision and drives operational excellence. Cathy believes CTG’s most valuable resource is the dedicated team of professionals committed to quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout the company.
