CTG employs a rigorous inspection process with fully-trained and certified inspectors who follow uncompromising protocols for both commercial aviation and defense parts. Our inspectors are trained to the requirements of American Society of Quality (ASQ) and certified to IDEA-ICE-3000.
CTG (Crestwood Technology Group) continually improves and reviews our internal processes by focusing on the needs and requirements of all interested parties, addressing any internal or external issues, product quality, internal and external communications, customer satisfaction, process efficiencies, and employee training in order to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations for quality and on time delivery. CTG shall take steps to prevent and report the procurement, acceptance, and shipment of substandard and fraudulent, suspect, counterfeit or unapproved product.
